Generative AI tools will soon spread to Adobe Experience Cloud as the company announced plans to expand existing ones artificial intelligence innovations for companies.
The launch of Sensei GenAI services enables organizations to create and customize custom text across all touchpoints in what Adobe calls “reimagining end-to-end marketing workflows.”
Revealed at Adobe Summit 2023, it is part of the company’s ongoing AI rollout aimed at making workflows more efficient and productive across the Adobe ecosystem.
What’s new in Sensei for Business?
Probably the biggest shock is the introduction Adobe Firefly in the experience cloud. This is the company’s approach to Midjourney and Stable Diffusion – an AI graphics generator with Photoshop applications, Premiere ProAND Adobe Express.
Perhaps aware of the controversy over AI-generated graphics, the company confirmed that Firefly is “trained on Adobe Stock images, open-licensed content, and public domain content with expired copyrights, and will focus on images and text effects and is intended to generate content safe for commercial use”.
However, the main purpose of Sensei GenAI services is to personalize customer journeys, squeeze additional data from users and site visitors, and improve overall engagement.
Natively integrated with Adobe Experience Cloud and using many large language models, Sensei GenAI will provide many new tools.
They include e.g AI writer to generate marketing texts in a variety of styles and formats, from website content to email and mobile messaging. and new techniques to understand and improve website interactions with automated content marketing tool Marketo Engage.
There are also big changes in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer Journey Analytics. Users will be able to automatically create audience segments with real-time insights for more personalized campaigns.
Generative AI is able to simulate these campaigns, allowing users to test new experiences, identify opportunities, frictions and barriers to sales before going live.
